Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zipp platform, including the Zipp Go, Zipp Driver, Zipp Business, and Zipp Admin mobile applications and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Zipp ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who Can Use the Service

The Service is available to all users. By creating an account you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, or that you are using the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

The Service is available in the regions where Zipp operates. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in locations outside our operating area.

2. Account Registration

To use most features of the Service you must register for an account. You agree to:

Zipp is an on-demand delivery platform that connects customers with local businesses and independent delivery drivers.

Zipp acts as an intermediary platform facilitating transactions between customers, businesses, and drivers. We are not a party to the contract of sale between a customer and a business.

4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order through the Service, you enter into a purchase agreement with the business you are ordering from, not with Zipp.

Payment method:

Prices displayed in the app include any applicable delivery fee. Promotions and discount codes may be applied at checkout subject to their individual terms and validity.

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of the individual business. Once a business has started preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible. Contact support at support@zippgo.uk for assistance with disputed orders.

5. Promotions

We may offer promotional discounts or loyalty benefits from time to time. These are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Misuse of promotions (including creating multiple accounts to claim first-order discounts) is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings (Profile or Settings → Delete Account). Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. Upon deletion, your personal information is anonymized and your device tokens and saved addresses are permanently removed. Order records are retained in anonymized form for legal and accounting purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to you.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zipp. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.

By submitting any content through the Service (such as product images or driver notes), you grant Zipp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy of any information provided through the Service, including business hours, product availability, or delivery ETAs.

Zipp is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by businesses listed on the platform, the actions of drivers, or disputes between users.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZIPP AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gjilan, Kosovo.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@zippgo.uk and attempt to resolve the matter informally.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. For material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Kushtet e Shërbimit

Këto Kushte të Shërbimit ("Kushtet") rregullojnë aksesin dhe përdorimin tuaj të platformës Zipp, përfshirë aplikacionet mobile Zipp Go, Zipp Driver, Zipp Business dhe Zipp Admin dhe çdo shërbim të lidhur me to (kolektivisht, "Shërbimi"), të operuar nga Zipp ("ne", "nesh").

Duke krijuar një llogari ose duke përdorur Shërbimin, ju pranoni të jeni të lidhur me këto Kushte. Nëse nuk jeni dakord, mos e përdorni Shërbimin.

1. Kush Mund të Përdorë Shërbimin

Duhet të jeni të paktën 18 vjeç për të përdorur Shërbimin. Duke krijuar një llogari, ju deklaroni se plotësoni këtë kërkesë moshe dhe se keni kapacitetin ligjor për të hyrë në një marrëveshje detyruese.

Shërbimi është i disponueshëm në rajonet ku operon Zipp. Ne nuk bëjmë asnjë deklaratë se Shërbimi është i përshtatshëm ose i disponueshëm në vendndodhje jashtë zonës sonë operative.

2. Regjistrimi i Llogarisë

Për të përdorur shumicën e funksioneve të Shërbimit duhet të regjistroni një llogari. Ju pranoni të:

3. Shërbimi — Përshkrimi dhe Rolet

Zipp është një platformë dorëzimi me kërkesë që lidh klientët me bizneset lokale dhe shoferët e pavarur të dorëzimit.

Zipp vepron si platformë ndërmjetëse që lehtëson transaksionet ndërmjet klientëve, bizneseve dhe shoferëve. Ne nuk jemi palë në kontratën e shitjes ndërmjet klientit dhe biznesit.

4. Porositë dhe Pagesat

Kur vendosni një porosi përmes Shërbimit, hini në një marrëveshje blerje me biznesin nga i cili porosisni, jo me Zipp.

Metodat e pagesës:

Çmimet e shfaqura në aplikacion përfshijnë çdo tarifë të aplikueshme dorëzimi. Promovimet dhe kodet e zbritjes mund të aplikohen gjatë arkëtimit sipas kushteve dhe vlefshmërisë së tyre individuale.

Anulimi dhe rimbursimi i nënshtrohen politikave të biznesit individual. Pasi biznesi të ketë filluar përgatitjen e porosisë suaj, anulimi mund të mos jetë i mundur. Kontaktoni mbështetjen në support@zippgo.uk për ndihmë me porositë në mosmarrëveshje.

5. Promovimet

Mund të ofrojmë herë pas here zbritje promovuese ose përfitime besnikërie. Këto i nënshtrohen kushteve të tyre dhe mund të tërhiqen ose modifikohen në çdo kohë. Promovimet nuk mund të kombinohen nëse nuk deklarohet shprehimisht. Keqpërdorimi i promovimeve (përfshirë krijimin e llogarive të shumta për të pretenduar zbritjet e porosisë së parë) është shkelje e këtyre Kushteve dhe mund të rezultojë në pezullim të llogarisë.

Pas fshirjes, informacioni juaj personal anonimizоhet dhe tokenat e pajisjes dhe adresat e ruajtura hiqen përgjithmonë. Të dhënat e porosisë ruhen në formë anonime për qëllime ligjore dhe kontabiliteti siç përshkruhet në Politikën tonë të Privatësisë.

Mund të pezullojmë ose ndërpresim llogarinë tuaj nëse shkelni këto Kushte, pa njoftim paraprak dhe pa detyrim ndaj jush.

10. Pronësia Intelektuale

Shërbimi dhe përmbajtja, funksionet dhe funksionaliteti i tij origjinal janë dhe do të mbeten pronë ekskluzive e Zipp. Nuk mund të kopjoni, shpërndani, modifikoni ose krijoni vepra derivative të ndonjë pjese të Shërbimit pa lejen tonë të shkruar.

Duke paraqitur çdo përmbajtje përmes Shërbimit (si imazhe produktesh ose shënime shoferësh), i jepni Zipp një licencë jo-ekskluzive, botërore, pa honorar për të përdorur atë përmbajtje për qëllimin e operimit të Shërbimit.

11. Mohimet

SHËRBIMI OFROHET "SIÇ ËSHTË" DHE "SIÇ DISPONOHET" PA GARANCI TË ÇFARËDO LLOJI, QOFTË TË SHPREHURA OSE TË NËNKUPTUARA, DUKE PËRFSHIRË POR NUK KUFIZOHET NË GARANCITË E TREGTUESHMËRISË, PËRSHTATSHMËRISË PËR NJË QËLLIM TË VEÇANTË OSE MOS-SHKELJES.

Ne nuk garantojmë se Shërbimi do të jetë i pandërprerë, pa gabime ose pa viruse. Ne nuk garantojmë saktësinë e ndonjë informacioni të ofruar përmes Shërbimit, duke përfshirë oraret e biznesit, disponueshmërinë e produkteve ose kohën e mbëritjes.

12. Kufizimi i Përgjegjësisë

NË MASËN MË TË PLOTË TË LEJUAR NGA LIGJI I ZBATUESHËM, ZIPP DHE ZYRTARËT, PUNONJËSIT DHE BASHKËPUNËTORËT E TIJ NUK DO TË JENË PËRGJEGJËS PËR ASNJË DËMTIM INDIREKT, AKSIDENTAL, TË VEÇANTË, PASOJËS OSE NDËSHKUES.

Përgjegjësia jonë totale ndaj jush për çdo pretendim që rrjedh nga ose që lidhet me këto Kushte ose Shërbimin nuk do të kalojë shumën që na keni paguar në 12 muajt që i paraprijnë pretendimit, ose €50, cilado qoftë më e madhe.

13. Ligji Rregullues dhe Mosmarrëveshjet

Këto Kushte rregullohen nga ligjet e Republikës së Kosovës. Çdo mosmarrëveshje që rrjedh nga këto Kushte ose Shërbimi do t'i nënshtrohet juridiksionit ekskluziv të gjykatave të Gjilanit, Kosovë.

Para fillimit të çdo mosmarrëveshje formale, pranoni të na kontaktoni në support@zippgo.uk dhe të tentoni ta zgjidhni çështjen në mënyrë joformale.

14. Ndryshimet në këto Kushte

Mund t'i përditësojmë këto Kushte herë pas here. Data "Përditësuar" në krye pasqyron çdo ndryshim. Për ndryshime materiale, do t'ju njoftojmë përmes aplikacionit ose me email. Vazhdimi i përdorimit të Shërbimit pasi ndryshimet hyjnë në fuqi përbën pranimin tuaj të Kushteve të reja.
